The Lactation Network

Insurance & Payment Information

Do you take insurance?

YES!! We currently offer coverage with Aetna, AmerihealthNJ, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Horizon, Multiplan, Anthem, United, United Oxford, and Cigna PPO plans.

For Aetna and AmerihealthNJ, I am an in-network provider and bill the insurance company directly for your consultation. Select the appropriate insurance provider when booking.

Many United, Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Anthem, Horizon, United, United Oxford, and plans with the Multiplan logo are covered through The Lactation Network (TLN)

For Cigna plans, i work through Wildflower Health.

If your plan has coverage through TLN or Wildflower, you are able to have unlimited visits with just the $50 out of pocket administrative fee (excluding travel fees for those farther than 30 minutes drive).

*Plans that TLN does not work with will be denied by them, but this does not necessarily mean you do not have coverage. Please contact me for further details.

Wildflower is only for Cigna members

To check your coverage with The Lactation Network under United, Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Anthem, Horizon plans, United, United Oxford, and plans with the Multi Plan logo , please click the button below

(*Aetna and AmerihealthNJ do not need to click to verify with TLN*).

New !! In-network through TLN for
Commercial members with UnitedHealthcare in 49 states (Hawaii pending) for in-person consultations

United Healthcare does not cover Telehealth visits at this time.

**Please note, There is a $50 Administrative fee that will be applied to the Initial TLN & Wildflower Appointment.

This fee will cover the initial and all related follow-ups for the duration of the feeding journey.

**Aetna and AmerihealthNJ patients,**

Please do NOT use the TLN or Wildflower link to verify benefits as I am in-network and we do not need those approvals to proceed with booking.

Self-Pay & Superbills

If you do not have an insurance plan that I am in-network with or does not fall under TLN, self-pay with a superbill is another payment option. A superbill is provided at the conclusion of our appointment for you to send to your insurance company for reimbursement under the Affordable Care Act (ACA). Although we cannot guarantee the amount the insurance company will reimburse, the below link can provide information on Superbills and reimbursements.

Stayed tuned for further Insurance coverage options in the future!
